Vote process begin wen the program ends
1. Captain & Angel recommend one within 24h
2. Judging Committee spacers vote for the post within 24h
3. Every committee spacer can react once for each post.
4. Committee spacers can vote or abstain from voting
5. Announce the result 48h later
Captain & Angel will recommend according but are not limited to quantity of actions, quality of actions and impression.
